Prof. Zhang specializes in nutritional assessment for patients with various diseases, designing personalized nutritional support plans, and providing professional consultation on nutrition and chronic disease prevention and control. With over 30 years of experience in clinical nutrition, she has led multiple national research projects, published over 30 academic papers, and trained more than 30 postgraduate students. She is also a visiting expert for the national “Healthy Community Tour ” initiative, cosponsored by the Central Civilization Office and the National Health Commission.
