If you receive an admission certificate from the doctor, please hand it over to the nearest customer service specialist. Upon receiving the admission certificate, the customer service specialist will arrange a room reservation for you and will contact you by phone one day before your admission date to discuss admission preparations, required documents, directions, and deposit details in detail. On the day of admission, after you arrive at the inpatient department, a nurse will guide you to your room, and then a cashier will enter the room to complete the check-in procedures and collect the deposit.

You can inform us of this need by contacting us (or during the appointment or appointment reminder process). We will prepare a wheelchair for you in advance and arrange for staff to provide assistance.
