Prof. Liu specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease (ILD), allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA), pulmonary vasculitis, pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP), primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD), and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA). He has rich experience in managing pulmonary fibrosis. Having performed over 600 flexible bronchoscopy procedures, he is proficient in transbronchial lung biopsy (TBLB), endobronchial tumor cryotherapy, and argon plasma coagulation (APC).
