Dr. Zhu has nearly 20 years of experience in cardiovascular medicine, with over 10,000 completed coronary interventional procedures.
He specializes in interventional therapy for complex coronary artery disease and emergency management of critical cardiac illnesses. He is proficient in IVUS, OCT, FFR and IVL, achieving an 85% IVUS utilization rate and a 90% CTO recanalization success rate. He performs RDN for refractory hypertension and treats acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock and malignant arrhythmia.
His perioperative complication rate is lower than industry standards. He has published multiple papers in core cardiovascular journals as first and corresponding author, and presided over and participated in several clinical studies.
