Kang Shijun

Prof. Kang specializes in the treatment of various common malignant tumors through the integration of targeted therapy, immunotherapy, minimally invasive therapy, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignancies, head and neck tumors, and esophageal cancer. He is proficient in various tumor minimally invasive techniques, including tumor ablation, microwave ablation, central venous catheterization, thoracic and abdominal hyperthermic perfusion therapy, and ultrasound/CTguided puncture and biopsy of liver and lung tumors. He has presided over and participated in four National Natural Science Foundation projects, four Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology projects, and four key projects, and has won three Military Science and Technology Progress Awards.
